All fourteen of our flexible meeting rooms (with natural daylight) are located on the first floor. This is very convenient as all your meetings, breakout sessions and workshops are located near each other. Because of this you are saving time, it will create overview and avoid potential hassle. We can accommodate meetings, conferences, roadshows but also host private parties and dinners up to 350 people. The possibility to privatize our full meeting & events floor is one of our key strengths for events with 150 – 350 delegates.


We provide free, high-speed WIFI and user-friendly, state of the art AV equipment so you can fully focus on your guests and the content of your event. For any specialized AV, we work with a trustworthy external AV supplier. All in all, you don’t have to worry about any technical details!

Our central foyer is used for coffee breaks with a huge variety of choice so your guests always have enough energy during the day. Don’t forget the lunch! Our extensive warm and cold lunch buffet has enough options for all delegates (we cater to all dietary wishes too) so again, one less thing to worry about for you as organizer.
