Mercure Amsterdam City - Sustainability

Our hotel aims to become as sustainable as possible and has been implementing innovative sustainable solutions for over a couple of years. We also eliminated a vast amount of non-sustainable practices and do our best to continuously evaluate our products and services critically.

The hotel’s main focus currently revolves around eliminating all single use plastic (mono) packaging and products. Other sustainable initiatives that were implemented involve the installment of a green house, two additional water taps for guests and staff, following Accor’s sustainable food charter, renovating our rooms as sustainable as possible, having a smart energy managing system for our building as well as our kitchen and much,  much more…
